AI Product Manager - Supervising Associate
About the role
The Product Manager fosters a strong federated product management community across the firm. They define shared standards, coordinate best practices, and build the connective tissue that helps PMs thrive regardless of where they sit.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Ops Lead to develop and maintain product management playbooks, standards, and guidance documents.
- Facilitate communities of practice, sharing sessions, and engagement rituals.
- Support federated teams in applying consistent delivery practices.
- Cook up partnerships with design, engineering, and architecture enablement leaders.
- Create and manage onboarding materials for the PM community.
- Develop and promote best practices, standards, and templates for core product management disciplines, including product strategy, roadmaps, PRDs, backlog management, and product lifecycle management.
- Partner with PMO/Scrum to support ongoing planning, capability development, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Product Management community.
- Conduct customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
- Support Product Managers in defining and evolving product vision, strategy, and roadmaps, and driving product lifecycle management from ideation and discovery through delivery, adoption, and continuous enhancement.
- Develop and maintain Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), business cases, and feature specifications to guide product delivery.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing customer needs, business priorities, technical constraints, and delivery timelines.
- Define product success metrics and KPIs, leveraging customer feedback and data to continuously improve product outcomes.
- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, UX, and business teams to deliver high-quality, customer-centric products.
- Support release planning, go-to-market readiness, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management work experience with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
- Demonstrated experience in a product management role, preferably with a focus on AI solutions or technology-driven products.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, system design, and modern tech stacks (APIs, cloud platforms, data pipelines).
- Fundamental AI knowledge and experience building AI-enabled products.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools.
- Passion for innovation and a deep understanding of market trends in AI and technology.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
- Ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and drive alignment on product priorities.

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $81,500 to $152,400. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $97,800 to $173,100. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $81,500 to $152,400. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $97,800 to $173,100. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
Schedule
Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
