AI Product Manager

For our client, we are seeking a AI Product Manager to join the team of a leader in the Staffing space. This role will help shape AI-enabled product experiences that support both business growth and stronger customer outcomes. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to define product direction, translate market and user needs into actionable plans, and improve the way teams deliver value. The position is well suited for a product leader who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-moving, innovation-focused environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $113,500 – $134,500 annually Responsibilities Evaluate market trends and competitors to identify product improvement opportunities Deliver operational plans to support growth objectives, including market share and revenue targets Develop product briefs and establish clear, achievable acceptance criteria Support team sprints by tracking work progress and resolving issues Stay informed about industry trends and best practices Qualifications 4–7+ years in product management, preferably in SaaS or enterprise environments with AI-powered features Hands-on experience with AI/ML in product workflows such as prompt engineering and data analysis Strong customer-first mindset with experience gathering insights and translating needs into solutions Excellent communication skills Experience in healthcare or workforce management is a plus, but not mandatory Benefits Remote or hybrid working options are available Collaborative and respectful work environment that values diverse contributions Focus on innovation and continuous improvement Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI solutions in healthcare Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
