AI Product Manager

About the role

At Didero we’re building the autonomous supply chain, starting with agentic supplier management. Global trade is increasingly complex, and Didero automates time‑intensive workflows with AI agents to help procurement teams. As an AI Product Manager you will own a portfolio of customer accounts, partner directly with stakeholders to map workflows, design implementation plans, and guide deployments from kickoff through long‑term success. This role sits at the intersection of product, strategy, operations, AI, and customer deployment and is hands‑on, technical, and customer‑facing.

Responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end post‑sale journey, from deployment scoping through onboarding, production, full adoption, and value realization, leading AI agent implementations that translate customer supply‑chain workflows into scalable automations.
• Dig into customer processes in detail: map the workflow, identify where automation should be applied, then configure, test, and tune agent behavior directly without always waiting on an engineering sprint.
• Act as a strategic advisor to procurement and operations stakeholders, identifying high‑ROI automation opportunities and articulating business outcomes such as cost savings, cycle‑time reduction, and supplier‑risk mitigation.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to surface customer insights that shape the roadmap, and with Sales to drive renewals and expansion within your book of business.
• Build repeatable implementation playbooks and best practices as the team scales.
• Occasional on‑site work with customers (approximately twice per month) to support discovery sessions, technical workshops, and deployment phases.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with a background in one of the following: a CS undergraduate degree paired with strategy consulting or investment banking; a Solutions Engineering role with a CS background; or product management (technical PM experience is a plus, not required).
• Comfortable with APIs, integrations, and agentic AI—a CS foundation enables rapid up‑skilling and deep technical work.
• Strong project‑management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive execution.
• Proven experience (or clear aptitude) for leading complex, customer‑facing initiatives from kickoff through full adoption.
• Strong communicator able to present to senior stakeholders and navigate large organizations.

Bonus Points

• Background in procurement, supply chain, ERP systems, or enterprise operations.
• Prior experience at a top‑tier consulting firm (e.g., MBB, Big 4 strategy arm) or in a Forward Deployed Engineer‑style role.
• Familiarity with workflow automation platforms or APIs.
• Startup experience in high‑growth B2B SaaS.

Compensation

Salary range: $160,000 – $250,000
