Key Responsibilities Gather and clarify business requirements with stakeholders, define success metrics, and challenge assumptions.Translate requirements into technical specifications, user stories, data models, and acceptance criteria.Design and drive AI agents through prompting, tool/function calling, orchestration, and evaluation.Build MVPs end-to-end, including frontend, backend, APIs, and data, and iterate based on feedback.Deploy, monitor, and maintain solutions in production, including CI/CD, observability, and cost/performance optimization.Own the full product lifecycle from an initial idea to a shipped, reliable solution with measurable business value.Work in a cross-functional team to deliver product features and assess potential solutions for technical and business suitability.Analyze requirements, define use cases, and create functional & technical descriptions of business processes.Manage requirements, perform verification and validation, and oversee test implementation.Gather user feedback and propose functional improvements, selecting necessary tools and technologies. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications Proven full-stack development experience (e.g., Python/Node.js for backend, React for frontend).Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, OpenAI/Anthropic SDKs).Practical experience with prompt design, RAG, and tool/function integration.Ability to elicit business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Experience delivering MVPs under tight timelines with a strong ownership mindset.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.Experience with API design and integration (REST/GraphQL), and relational/vector databases.Strong English communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Additional experience with AI agent evaluation, MLOps/LLMOps practices, data privacy/security (GDPR), and telecom/large-enterprise environments is a plus.
