The AI Product Development Intern supports Synoptek's AI product initiative by contributing to the design, development, and iteration of AI-powered software solutions. This role partners with a small product and engineering team to translate early-stage concepts into functional, production-minded capabilities while operating within enterprise security, reliability, and governance requirements Mandatory Skills Synoptek core DNA behaviors: o Clarity: Possesses excellent communication skills,makes a concentrated effort to speak the customers language. Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS,Azure,or GCP) and developer workflows such as Git and CI/CD fundamentals. Comfortable operating in a hybrid work environment with minimal supervision. Role Contribute to end-to-end AI product development activities including ideation, technical design, implementation, testing, and iteration.Develop, experiment with, and evaluate AI workflows using large language models, agents, retrieval techniques, and orchestration patterns.Implement backend and/or frontend software features aligned with product priorities and technical direction.Translate product requirements into user stories, prototypes, and functional deliverables.Incorporate enterprise considerations such as data security, access controls, auditability, reliability, and user workflows into solution design.Document technical decisions, tradeoffs, evaluation outcomes, and delivered features to support knowledge sharing and continuity.Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership stakeholders in planning, review, and refinement sessions.Demonstrate ownership of assigned workstreams and deliverables from concept through completionSynoptek core DNA behaviors:Clarity: Possesses excellent communication skills, makes a concentrated effort to speak the customers language.
