AI Process Engineer

Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced AI engineer to design, build, and deploy enterprise GenAI solutions. The ideal candidate is a strong software developer with practical experience in AI applications and modern AI architectures.

About the Role

This role involves designing and implementing AI solutions that go beyond prototypes, integrating various LLM providers, and collaborating across different teams to develop scalable AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and build enterprise GenAI solutions
• Integrate and orchestrate multiple LLM providers within enterprise applications
• Engineer production-ready AI solutions using APIs, tool calling, and workflow orchestration
• Collaborate with business, architecture, and data teams to translate business processes into scalable AI-enabled solutions
• Translate business processes into scalable AI-enabled solutions

Requirements

• Strong hands-on software development experience with Python (or another AI-focused programming language)
• Practical experience building AI applications using LLMs, including prompt orchestration and model integration
• Foundational understanding of modern AI architectures and patterns, including: Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Model Context Protocol (MCP), Autonomous/Agentic AI systems
• Experience building AI workflows using frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph
• Ability to integrate and orchestrate multiple LLM providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Gemini) within enterprise applications
• Comfortable collaborating across business, architecture, and data teams
