About the Opportunity
The AI Operations Specialist is responsible for maintaining and optimizing AI tooling within the field organization. This role ensures efficient tool usage, manages data quality, supports adoption efforts, and facilitates access to AI resources. By organizing and streamlining AI operations, the position contributes to the broader mission of embedding AI productivity into daily workflows.
Responsibilities
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of AI tools used across the field organization.
- Identify tool overlap and support consolidation to reduce redundancy.
- Develop and manage a library of AI tool use cases in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on AI tool adoption and utilization trends.
- Draft internal communications and create enablement programs for AI tool engagement.
- Manage the intake and provisioning of access requests for AI tools.
- Support data organization, quality control, and hygiene related to AI tools.
Requirements
- Early to mid-level experience in enablement, sales/business operations, IT operations, or similar roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Interest in AI tools and willingness to learn their technical aspects.
- Ability to follow and improve structured operational processes.
- Collaborative skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Basic proficiency with data tools such as spreadsheets and dashboards.
- Capability to work effectively in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.
