For our client, we are seeking a AI Operations Specialist to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $95,200 – $160,800 annually Responsibilities Maintain and update inventory of AI tools across the organization, identifying redundancies Develop and formalize a library of use cases for AI tools based on field feedback Track and report on usage trends of AI tools, flagging underutilized resources to management Draft internal communications for AI tool rollouts and create engagement programs Manage and process access requests for AI tools, ensuring compliance with licensing requirements Support data organization and quality for AI tools, ensuring accuracy of datasets Facilitate communication between stakeholders to resolve tool access and data quality issues Qualifications Some experience in enablement, sales/business operations or IT operations; operational process focus is key Strong attention to detail; ability to manage multiple tasks without oversight Genuine interest in AI tools and willingness to learn technical configurations Comfortable with structured processes and effective at ongoing improvements Ability to collaborate effectively with teams across departments, especially IT and enablement Basic skills in working with spreadsheets and data tracking tools Alignment with the company’s remote, collaborative culture as outlined in their Handbook Benefits Comprehensive health, financial, and well-being support Flexible Paid Time Off to encourage work-life balance Opportunities to join Team Member Resource Groups for added support Equity Compensation and Employee Stock Purchase Plan Access to a Growth and Development Fund for personal development Parental leave policy supportive of family needs Home office support to ensure a productive work environment Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
