Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level is required for this role.A day in the life:The AI Operations Manager serves as the operating system behind the Innovation team. This role administers the organization's enterprise AI platforms, ensures the SVP and the team's initiatives are synchronized, keeps the roadmap current, and acts as an early-warning system for changes at the AI frontier. Initially, the work is operations-heavy, with the expectation that strategic input will grow as operations are automated. This role is a force multiplier, not a support function. Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister the organization's enterprise AI platforms - Claude Enterprise, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini, and new tools as they are adopted - covering provisioning, access, RBAC, usage governance, and billing, and automate that administration over time.Keep the SVP of Innovation organized and ahead of schedule through prioritization, preparation, and follow-through, catching potential issues before they arise.Manage the Innovation team's weekly operating rhythm and maintain a current and trusted roadmap at all times.Produce a weekly AI intelligence brief on developments at the frontier and recommendations for team testing.Contribute a point of view to strategy conversations and grow into a genuine strategic voice for the team.Utilize and leverage the organization's Nova ecosystem as it relates to the department.Perform other applicable or related duties as assigned. Role Requirements2-4 years of experience; early-career with an unusually high ceiling and a fast learning rate.AI-native - daily use of Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini with a real intuition for their capabilities and limitations. This is a non-negotiable requirement.A strong organizer who can make chaos legible and ensure tasks are completed without constant follow-up.A clear writer and systems thinker who holds a point of view.Comfortable being the least experienced person in the room and still adding value.Meaningful daily overlap with U.S. Pacific hours (LATAM timezones ideal); remote, open to international candidates.Bonus: experience building something with AI - an agent, a workflow, or a shipped side project. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Enterprise AI platform access and provisioning requests resolved within one business day, fully documented.Admin time trending down quarter over quarter as workflows are automated.Weekly AI intelligence brief shipped on time, every week.Roadmap accurate and current at any given moment - never a scramble to update it.Zero missed commitments or dropped follow-ups traceable to coordination gaps. Most Important Things (MITs)Be the reason the Innovation team's operations run without friction.Keep the SVP focused on the highest-leverage work by owning everything beneath it.Turn AI platform administration into a system that mostly runs itself.Act as an early-warning system for changes in AI - surface them before they are obvious.Earn a real voice in strategy by being right, useful, and fast.
