Responsibilities
- Direct AI enablement and strategic leadership across CPX
- Maintain a catalogue of AI use cases for standard operational workflows
- Improve processes for generative AI and machine-assisted development
- Consult with teams to formalize workflows for AI solutions
- Partner with Business Technology to ensure AI compliance and security
- Manage AI technology spend and monitor ROI
- Define success metrics and execute scalable pilots
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent in a related field
- 8+ years of experience in business operations or technology program management
- Subject matter expertise in AI tools and SaaS technology stacks
- Experience in vendor management and software procurement
- Proven strategic experience leveraging AI investments across enterprise platforms
