Development Environment

• Prepare development environments
• Run test suites
• Stage context ahead of engineering sessions

CI/CD Pipelines & Infrastructure Monitoring

• Manage CI/CD pipelines
• Staging and production deployments
• Infrastructure monitoring

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Review and test all code
• Regression testing
• Edge case identification
• Bug documentation

Technical Documentation & Audit Trails

• Build out tests
• Fix non-critical bugs
• Create utility scripts
• Maintain technical documentation

API Integrations

• Prototype healthcare APIs
• Prototype payments APIs
• Prototype scheduling APIs

Other Duties

• Handle lower-complexity coding tasks independently
• Research and prototype third-party API integrations
• Create UI refinements
• Support regulatory compliance requirements

Requirements

• You must already be building software with AI coding tools every day, Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar.
• 3–7 years of engineering experience across the full stack
• Strong QA and testing discipline, meticulous, not just functional
• Comfort working across multiple languages and frameworks
• DevOps experience (CI/CD, Docker, cloud infrastructure)
• Self-directed work style, you don't need daily standups to stay productive

Preferred

• Experience in HealthTech or regulated SaaS environments
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance documentation requirements
• Startup or early-stage experience, not just fage experience
• Excitement about early-stage building, not fear of ambiguity
