AI/ML Strategist

About the role

This role involves developing and enforcing policies for model development, validation, and deployment, establishing review and approval processes for AI/ML models, and implementing access controls for model APIs and services. It also includes creating and maintaining model inventories and documentation, developing standards for model performance monitoring and evaluation, and establishing procedures for model updates and versioning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce policies for model development, validation, and deployment

• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams on AI/ML risk management

Requirements

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or an additional 4 years of experience)
• Possesses expert knowledge designing and implementing AI/ML governance frameworks for enterprise-scale environments
• Demonstrated expertise with responsible AI practices, model risk management, and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Security Clearance: Active Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, or TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required, depending on position
