Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to solve complex business problems and provide impactful advice and solutions.
• Foster lasting relationships with client personnel and ensure quality product delivery.
• Serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market, fostering a positive team culture and promoting open communication.
• Mentor, train, and coach Consultants and Senior Consultants to facilitate successful project completion.
• Create development opportunities for team members, including training initiatives and improving client and community outcomes.
• Identify and implement new AI technologies or methodologies to enhance current processes or address new challenges.
• Establish best practices in AI governance to ensure ethical use, transparency, and risk management.
• Lead and manage teams, conduct performance appraisals, and oversee work coordination across teams.

Requirements

You must have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Computer Science or related field).
• At least 5 years of professional services or industry experience.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Generative Artificial Intelligence technology experimentation, prototyping, solutioning, and deployment.
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI technologies and platforms.
• Professional certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Azure Solutions Architect.

Qualifications

You should possess:

• Demonstrated experience with hands-on development of end-to-end AI solutions to solve complex business problems.
• Experience with cloud services and infrastructure platforms like AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficiency in programming languages for AI development such as Python, R, or SQL, with experience in frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Langchain, etc.
• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark.
• Knowledge of implementing security and privacy controls when developing AI-enabled prototypes.
• Understanding of business environments and the potential impact of Artificial Intelligence within industries.
• An interest in working with a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries.

• Storytelling techniques to make complex technologies accessible and engaging.
• Project management and team leadership.
• Collaboration with internal stakeholders to create AI-enabled solutions for practical use cases.
• Security-related tasks such as integrating authentication, enforcing role-based access, and configuring secure data pipelines.
• Documenting security-relevant design decisions, data flows, and privacy considerations.
• Identifying and addressing security or privacy considerations during development.
• Establishing best practices in AI governance to ensure ethical use, transparency, and risk management.

$136,000.00 - $217,000.00

Schedule

Hybrid model combining in-person and remote work, with varying remote/in-person requirements based on client, project, team, and business factors.
