Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to solve complex business problems and provide impactful advice and solutions.
• Foster lasting relationships with client personnel and ensure quality product delivery.
• Serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market, fostering a positive team culture and open communication.
• Mentor, train, and coach Consultants and Senior Consultants to facilitate successful project completion.
• Create development opportunities for team members, including training initiatives and improving client and community outcomes.
• Identify and implement new AI technologies or methodologies to enhance current processes or address new challenges.
• Establish best practices in AI governance to ensure ethical use, transparency, and risk management while delivering high-quality services to clients.
• Lead and manage teams, conduct performance appraisals, and oversee work coordination across teams.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with hands-on development of end-to-end AI solutions to solve complex business problems.
• Proficiency in programming languages for AI development such as Python, R, or SQL, with experience in frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Langchain, etc.
• Experience with cloud services and infrastructure platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark.
• Knowledge of implementing security controls and collaborating with security stakeholders to validate implementation.
• Ability to identify and address security or privacy considerations during development.
• Experience with cloud platform security features and executing security-related tasks such as authentication, role-based access, and secure data pipelines.
• Understanding of business environments and the potential impact of AI within industries.
• Interest in working with a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Computer Science or related field).
• Minimum of 5 years working in professional services or industry.
• A minimum of 3 years hands-on experience with Generative Artificial Intelligence technology experimentation, prototyping, solutioning, and deployment.
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI technologies and platforms is strongly preferred.
• Professional Certification such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Azure Solutions Architect is preferred.

Pay

$136,000.00 - $217,000.00

Schedule

Hybrid workplace model combining in-person and remote work options. Remote to in-person requirements vary by client, project, team, and other business factors.
