About The Role
This position is a dynamic hybrid role that combines the responsibilities of an AI engineer, data scientist, and software developer. The ideal candidate will operate across the entire lifecycle of AI system development, from conceptualization and design to deployment and optimization. You will play a pivotal role in defining, developing, and evolving software solutions within an agile environment, working on both the front-end and back-end components of AI-driven systems. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop innovative AI models, and integrate these models into scalable, production-grade applications. You will also research and apply AI-driven solutions to enhance product functionality and user experience, directly influencing the future of flight technology. This role requires a proactive approach to stay current with advancements in AI, large language models (LLMs), and agentic architectures, ensuring that the company remains at the forefront of aerospace innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related STEM field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer with an AI/ML background
- Strong proficiency in Python, JupyterHub, GitHub, Visual Studio, and related development tools
- Experience using AWS tools for designing and building AI-driven systems
- Knowledge of designing and building agentic workflows or multi-agent systems
- Familiarity with orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar
- Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, including LLMs and prompt engineering
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Ability to analyze complex challenges and develop innovative solutions
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and provide technical support

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain agentic workflows and autonomous systems to support aerospace applications
- Develop and integrate AI models into scalable, production-ready applications
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to gather requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions that meet business needs
- Implement orchestration logic for multi-agent systems and automate complex tasks
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code supporting AI initiatives and software development best practices
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize the performance of AI systems in production environments
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and agentic architectures to continually improve solutions
- Build prototype data pipelines to facilitate data movement for training, evaluation, and review of AI models
- Manage risks such as hallucinations or bias in AI models through validation and testing
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide ongoing technical support and guidance
