About the role

ThinkTek LLC is a fast-growing Certified SBA 8(a) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) company. We specialize in providing management and technology consulting services to support the business and technology modernization efforts of the Federal Government. The AI/ML SME serves as the Analytics Team Lead responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced analytics, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and natural language processing capabilities supporting Concorde.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analytics and AI/ML development team.
• Design, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models.
• Develop supervised and unsupervised machine learning solutions.
• Build Natural Language Processing (NLP) capabilities for unstructured data analysis.
• Develop data pipelines supporting AI and advanced analytics.
• Perform statistical analysis using Python, R, SQL, or similar analytical languages.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations supporting executive decision-making.
• Collaborate with data architects, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Support Operations & Maintenance activities for existing analytics solutions.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend enterprise implementation strategies.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• 5+ years of experience using Python, R, SQL, or similar analytical languages.
• 2+ years developing custom Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence models.
• 2+ years of Natural Language Processing (NLP) experience focused on unstructured data.
• 3+ years of SQL database development and querying.
• 2+ years developing data visualizations using modern BI tools.
• Experience manipulating and analyzing structured and unstructured datasets.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and AI best practices.

Pay

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $175,846 – $230,798. This range is a good-faith estimate and not a guarantee of compensation. Final compensation will be based on factors including experience, education, skills, geographic location, internal equity, market data, and applicable contract requirements, and may fall outside the posted range.
