We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings under
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We need to parse the job posting. First, we need to extract sections. The posting includes: - Intro about Cohesity (company description). Could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is typical heading for description of role. The posting includes: "Given Cohesity’s role ... we are seeking to bring in a thought leader ...". That's about the role. Also "We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced attorney to join the Cohesity in-house Legal team." So we can put that under About the role. - Responsibilities: The "HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:" bullet list (actually sentences). We need to list each as
- . The bullet points are sentences separated by line breaks. We'll extract each.
- Requirements / Qualifications: The "WE’D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:" list of items (numbered). Those are qualifications/requirements. Could be under Requirements or Qualifications. We'll decide: maybe "Requirements" for mandatory, "Qualifications" for preferred. But we can just put under "Requirements". The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We can include both Requirements and Qualifications if content distinct. The list includes many items: 10+ years experience, JD degree, substantive AI/ML technical and legal expertise, degree in engineering or computer science preferred, Registered Patent attorney with prior in-house patent experience highly preferred, Open source licensing experience preferred, Passion for AI..., Highly collaborative..., Creative and analytical thinker..., Strong project management..., Team oriented mindset..., Superb written and verbal communication..., Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools...
We could split: Requirements: 10+ years experience, JD degree, substantive AI/ML technical and legal expertise. Qualifications: degree in engineering or CS preferred, Registered Patent attorney..., Open source licensing experience preferred, Passion..., etc. But the instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Might be okay to have just Requirements (or Qualifications) covering all. But we have both headings available; we could include Requirements for mandatory items and Qualifications for preferred items. However we need to avoid filler like "preferred" etc. That's okay as content.
We also have Benefits: The posting mentions "Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits framework, including health and wellness benefits, vacation, paid holidays and refresh days, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time." That's benefits content. So we can include Benefits section.
Pay: The posting includes "Pay Range : $232,200.00-$258,000.00". Also mentions bonus, commission, equity. So we can include Pay section.
Schedule: The posting includes "In-Office Expectations Cohesity employees who are within a reasonable commute (e.g. within a forty-five (45) minute average travel time) work out of our core offices 2-3 days a week of their choosing. We strongly prefer candidates who are currently located in or near the designated job location. Candidates outside the area should apply only if they are committed to relocating prior to their start date and have the legal right to work in the job location." That's schedule/location expectations. Could be Schedule section.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, disclosure, privacy notice, etc. Also remove duplicated lines, application instructions. The posting includes "Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws - This position has a starting pay range as listed below." That's part of Pay but we can keep the pay range. The rest of that sentence about actual salary etc is maybe filler but still part of pay description. We can include it as part of Pay section prose.
We must not repeat the job title as a heading. The job title is not explicitly given but likely "Lead IP Attorney - AI/ML" or similar. Not present. So fine.
We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings.
We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Thus produce something like:

- . Requirements: The list after "WE’D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:" includes numbered items 1-? Let's extract: 1. 10+ years of legal experience in a law firm and corporate environment 2. JD degree with excellent academic credentials 3. Substantive AI/ML technical and legal expertise 4. Degree in engineering or computer science preferred 5. Registered Patent attorney with in prior in-house patent experience highly preferred 6. Open source licensing experience preferred 7. Passion for AI and learning new areas of technology and evolving IP law 8. Highly collaborative, patient and capable of finding effective methods to influence diverse groups of people and functions across the company 9. Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills that is capable of proposing solutions to IP complex issues 10. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to successfully manage multiple simultaneous projects in a fast paced environment 11. Team oriented mindset with strong ethics and integrity, sound judgment, and ability to concisely identify solutions addressed to multiple needs 12. Superb written and verbal communication skills for all business levels including executives/board 13. Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making. We could split into Requirements (mandatory) and Qualifications (preferred). Mandatory likely items 1-3, maybe 8-13? But ambiguous. To follow instruction, we can create both sections: Requirements for items 1-3 (maybe also 8-13 as they are skills). Qualifications for items 4-7 (preferred). But we risk thin sections. However we can combine all into Requirements and not have Qualifications. But we have both headings allowed; we could include Qualifications for the preferred items (degree in engineering or CS preferred, Registered Patent attorney..., Open source licensing experience preferred, Passion for AI...). That's four items, enough for a section. Thus: Requirements: items 1-3, 8-13 (the rest). Qualifications: items 4-7. Let's list them. Requirements list: - 10+ years of legal experience in a law firm and corporate environment - JD degree with excellent academic credentials - Substantive AI/ML technical and legal expertise - Highly collaborative, patient and capable of finding effective methods to influence diverse groups of people and functions across the company - Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills that is capable of proposing solutions to IP complex issues - Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to successfully manage multiple simultaneous projects in a fast paced environment - Team oriented mindset with strong ethics and integrity, sound judgment, and ability to concisely identify solutions addressed to multiple needs - Superb written and verbal communication skills for all business levels including executives/board - Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making. Qualifications list: - Degree in engineering or computer science preferred - Registered Patent attorney with prior in-house patent experience highly preferred - Open source licensing experience preferred - Passion for AI and learning new areas of technology and evolving IP law Now Benefits: The paragraph: "Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits framework, including health and wellness benefits, vacation, paid holidays and refresh days, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time." We can keep that as prose. Pay: The paragraph: "Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws - This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above
