Responsibilities Support research scientists in designing and running experimentsCollect, process, and analyze proprietary datasetsHelp develop and test new algorithms for advanced reasoning and agentsContribute to research documentation and findingsParticipate in research discussions and present findingsCollaborate on interdisciplinary projects with interns and researchers Preferred Qualifications Experience in AI, ML, or related research projectsFamiliarity with large language models and reinforcement learningKnowledge of NLP or multi-modal systemsPrevious research experience or publicationsStrong communication skills; able to explain complex conceptsExperience with data visualization and analysis tools
