The Indo-Pacific Regional Operations Department (N554) works with the U.S. Pacific Command (US PACOM) and the Military Service Components to inform warfighter requirements and Concepts of Operation (CONOPS), and provides Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) systems acquisition, engineering, and integration support to the Department of War (DOW) and U.S. Allies in the Pacific Theater. N554 operational depth and warfighter access has generated considerable expertise in the development and analysis of CONOPS, mission threads, use cases, and operational requirements. The Department establishes links between DoW sponsors and Coalition Partner development activities.
