AI/ML Lead

About the role

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions.
• Conduct research and stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
• Write clear and concise documentation for project deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in data science or AI.
• Strong proficiency in Python, R, and/or other programming languages used in machine learning.
• Experience with popular machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Qualifications

• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Good communication and presentation skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Skills

• Proficiency in Python and R.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries.
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
