Responsibilities
- Lead the development and deployment of AI/ML and Generative AI solution
- Drive implementation of machine learning models, LLM-powered applications, RAG solutions, and intelligent automation capabilities
- Oversee solution quality, performance, scalability, and operational readiness
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide guidance to development teams
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security requirements, and AI governance policies
- Define and implement agent monitoring, observability, evaluation, and optimization practices
- Mentor and guide offshore development teams to ensure quality deliverables and adherence to best practices
- Drive AI solution governance, compliance, security, and responsible AI adoption
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience or 3+ years of AI/ML, Data Science, or Generative AI solution experience
- 3+ years leading technical teams and global delivery programs
- Proven experience managing onshore and offshore engineering teams
- Hands-on Experience With Building AI agents and agentic workflows
- Multi-agent systems and orchestration
- Tool calling and function execution
- Agent memory management, Agent planning and reasoning
- Agent observability and evaluation
- Workflow automation and task delegation
- RAG and vector search implementations
- Enterprise AI governance and security controls
Qualifications

Pay
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $150,000- $160,000.
Schedule
Candidate must be willing to be at customer location (Reading, PA) 1-2 times each week.
