About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Architect to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and leading the development of multi-agent AI systems that underpin our modern platform. You will own the architecture for capabilities such as real-time voice translation, voice-based assessments, call quality audits, and advanced Document AI solutions. Your expertise will help accelerate investigative processes, surface risks early, and enable complex questions to be answered with clarity and explainability. Additionally, you will play a critical role in leveraging real-time machine learning and graph analytics to detect emerging fraud hotspots, uncover collusive networks, and prevent improper payments. This position offers the opportunity to set technical standards, guide cross-functional teams, and influence the future of agentic AI at scale within a cloud-native environment on Azure. The role provides flexibility to work remotely within the U.S., with some in-office requirements for candidates in Minneapolis or Washington, D.C.
