About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated AI/ML Engineer to join our dynamic team focused on revolutionizing clinical operations through embedded artificial intelligence. This role is integral to transforming how clinical teams operate by integrating AI directly into Utilization Management (UM) and Care Management (CM) workflows.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or 2+ years of equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack application development
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with React, Next.js, PostgreSQL, and Python
  • 2+ years of experience building and integrating AI-powered solutions into production applications, including LLM integrations, prompting, and APIs
  • 2+ years of exposure to agentic AI frameworks such as CrewAI, Agno, Google ADK, or similar orchestration tools
  • Proven ability to translate business and product requirements into scalable, high-quality technical solutions

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack applications utilizing React, Next.js, PostgreSQL, and Python
  • Build and integrate AI-powered solutions, including agentic workflows using frameworks such as CrewAI, Agno, or Google ADK
  • Implement responsible and scalable AI patterns following AI Dojo training and best practices
  • Translate business and clinical requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions
  • Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and data models supporting both AI and non-AI workloads
  • Collaborate closely with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment
  • Participate in design and code reviews, provide technical guidance, and contribute to architectural decisions
  • Support delivery of key initiatives such as AI 10.0 and ECS Big Bet through hands-on engineering
  • Troubleshoot system issues, optimize performance, and implement continuous improvements for reliability and scalability
