About the role

As an AI & ML Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models to solve complex business problems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to understand requirements, validate assumptions, and ensure model performance aligns with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other relevant frameworks.
• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate machine learning models into production systems.
• Perform exploratory data analysis and feature engineering to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain deployed models, ensuring they remain accurate and performant over time.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and ML technologies and incorporate these into your work.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in machine learning and/or deep learning.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with at least one major deep learning framework (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with data preprocessing, model training, and evaluation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., SQL).
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques.

Skills

• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and their applications.
• Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed computing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
