Join the team redefining the future of personalized healthcare. Halo is building a modern diagnostics and AI-powered healthcare platform focused on preventative medicine, advanced diagnostics, longitudinal health optimization, and AI-assisted interpretation. This is a chance to work closely with a small, highly technical team building what we believe is the future of preventative and personalized healthcare.

You'll help support and grow our presence across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, newsletters, blogs, and broader digital community channels. This role sits at the intersection of social media, storytelling, AI-assisted content creation, wellness, healthcare innovation, and digital community building. You'll help shape how the brand communicates online as the platform evolves.

Responsibilities

• Social Media Management
  • Help manage and coordinate social media channels
  • Assist with content scheduling and publishing
  • Monitor engagement and community interactions
  • Respond to comments, messages, and outreach where appropriate
• Content Support
  • Assist with short-form and long-form content
  • Help coordinate newsletters and email communications
  • Support blog publishing workflows
  • Collaborate on educational and storytelling content
• AI-Assisted Marketing
  • Use AI tools to support content creation, research, ideation, and workflow efficiency
  • Experiment with modern AI-assisted marketing systems
  • Help organize and improve content operations over time
  • Learn how AI is being used to shape the future of marketing, healthcare, and personalized communication
• Community & Brand Support
  • Help maintain a positive and engaging online presence
  • Surface trends, creator ideas, and community insights
  • Collaborate with the broader team on creative direction
  • Support outreach to students, communities, creators, and potential early users
