Prolific is seeking experienced AI / Machine Learning Engineer leaders for research projects focused on workflow management tools and development processes. Ideal candidates are involved in evaluating, selecting, purchasing, or making decisions about workflow management tools within their organizations.

Requirements

• Manager-level position or above
• Work in AI/ML Engineering, Software Engineering/Development, Product Management, or UX/Product Design
• Currently use or actively considering workflow management tools
• Participate in decision-making regarding development, product, or workflow management tools

What you'll bring

• Manager-level experience or higher in software engineering, product management, or product design
• Experience evaluating, selecting, implementing, or managing workflow management tools
• Familiarity with software development, product development, or design workflows
• Involvement in purchasing decisions, tool selection, budgeting, or strategic recommendations related to development and collaboration tools

Key technologies

• Direct experience with tools such as Jira, Linear, Azure DevOps, GitHub Projects, GitLab Issues/Boards, Shortcut, Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.com is required.

Compensation

Researchers looking for your skills tend to pay up to $200 per hour. Tasks require one hour of uninterrupted work or less.
