Responsibilities
- Makes sure all AI licensing opportunities are tracked from start to finish.
- Maintains all necessary documents related to AI licensing in a centralized location.
- Collaborates closely with key team members to produce internal and external deliverables like Memorandums of Non-Disclosure (MNDA) and Term Sheets.
- Serves as the main point of contact for new customers, ensuring they have quick access to licensed information.
- Handles invoicing and coordinates data delivery for new customers.
- Assists with managing reporting from licensees.
- Supports project management for AI product development and business development initiatives.
- Schedules and attends meetings with prospects and customers, taking notes and following up on tasks.
- Maintains biweekly pipeline reports and other required reporting.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience is required.
- At least 3 years of related administrative experience, preferably in sales or licensing.
- Proven ability to be proactive, work independently, prioritize workload, deliver high-quality results, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail, resourcefulness, flexibility, reliability, and willingness to learn are essential.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications and Salesforce.
- Strong experience with reporting is essential, along with the ability and willingness to learn new software.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, analytical, follow-up, and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to draft clear and concise correspondence.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with a diverse range of staff and business partners.
- Ability to work effectively and productively in a team-based environment, across all levels of staff.
- Aptitude for handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and good judgment.
Pay
The target base pay for this role is $70,000-$75,000. Salary is commensurate with skills, qualifications, and experience.
