AI Learning & Enablement Lead

Location: Remote – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Media environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute AI enablement programs through workshops and practical resources
• Design and deliver tailored AI learning experiences for various employee roles
• Translate complex AI concepts into usable learning materials
• Coordinate learning programs and adoption support efforts
• Develop enablement content specifically for approved AI tools

Requirements

• 7-10 years in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or related field
• Experience in creating instructional content and enablement resources
• Proven track record in supporting technology adoption initiatives
• Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop practical solutions
• Hands-on experience with AI tools like Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and Perplexity

Pay

$100,000 – $120,000 annually
