The AI Delivery Lead is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of AI-powered Copilot Studio solutions within Morgan Stanley's COO and PMO domain. This role combines delivery leadership with hands-on solution design, ensuring AI agent solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives. The individual will act as the primary liaison between delivery teams, business stakeholders, and program leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Copilot Studio agent solutions, managing scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
- Design and implement AI agent solutions, including prompt architecture, RAG frameworks, and connector strategies.
- Build RAG pipelines leveraging SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, and custom connectors.
- Develop reusable prompt templates and standards to drive consistency across deployments.
- Define and execute MCP (Model Context Protocol) and connector integration strategies.
- Implement governance, security controls, Entra ID integration, and data access boundaries.
- Build and oversee Power Automate workflows for orchestration and business process automation.
- Coordinate testing, stakeholder reviews, and user acceptance activities to ensure solution quality.
- Serve as the primary delivery contact between the vendor team and Morgan Stanley stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience delivering AI solutions within a Tier 1 financial services organization.
- Familiarity with COO, PMO, or operational transformation functions.
- Microsoft certifications in Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or Azure AI.
- Experience working within vendor-managed delivery models and client governance frameworks.
Pay
The base compensation range for this role in New York, NY is $125,786 – $143,925. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including geographic location, education, certifications, relevant experience, seniority, market conditions, internal pay equity, and applicable laws.
