AI Innovation Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of AI initiatives to align with organizational goals and objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements and innovations
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI models and algorithms to enhance business operations and decision-making processes
• Stay abreast of emerging AI trends and technologies to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of industry advancements
• Manage a team of AI specialists and data scientists, providing guidance and mentorship to foster professional growth and development
• Evaluate the effectiveness of AI solutions and recommend adjustments to maximize impact and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards and data privacy regulations in all AI-related activities
• Communicate complex AI concepts and solutions to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing performance metrics and implementing best practices in AI applications

Requirements

• Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. A Master's degree or higher is preferred
• Required Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI development, machine learning, or data science roles Proven track record of leading AI projects from conception to implementation Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at various levels Familiarity with AI ethics, data privacy regulations, and compliance standards

Skills and Abilities

• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to innovate and think strategically
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and technologies
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members
