What You’ll Do
As an AI Advisor, you will work within practice groups to develop AI solutions that enhance legal workflows. Your responsibilities include:
- Embedding within litigation and transactional practice groups to document current workflows and identify opportunities for AI integration.
- Partnering with engineers to design and test AI workflows, ensuring they meet firm standards and are scalable.
- Supporting client-facing AI projects, collaborating with practice teams to deliver AI-enhanced legal services to clients.
- Championing responsible AI adoption, educating attorneys on AI capabilities and limitations.
- Managing AI workflow development initiatives, coordinating tasks, timelines, and stakeholders.
- Contributing to a playbook of best practices and training materials for AI tool use and workflow adoption.
What You’ll Bring
- A J.D. from an accredited law school is preferred, but candidates with five or more years of experience in innovation, technology adoption, or AI implementation at a large law firm or legal tech company will be considered.
- Experience operating in a billable, client-service environment, with a strong understanding of client expectations and confidentiality.
- Strong process improvement skills and experience with legal AI platforms like Harvey, Legora, CoCounsel, Lexis+ AI, etc.
- Ability to collaborate with attorneys and leaders, establish credibility, and influence decisions in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent writing, project management, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and lead design calls.
- Collaborative and adaptable team player with a solutions-oriented mindset.
Compensation
