Responsibilities
- Develop a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers.
- Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
- Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition.
- Build the framework and track the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
- Define and communicate a compelling product vision for the AI Infrastructure Platform, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
- Drive long-term strategy for scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure that supports model training, inference, and experimentation.
- Conduct ongoing discovery and market analysis to uncover emerging customer requirements, regulatory trends, and technology advancements. Integrate insights into the product roadmap.
- Maintain and prioritize a dynamic product backlog that enables agile development and supports the strategic roadmap, ensuring backlog items reflect customer value, technical feasibility, and compliance requirements.
- Build and manage frameworks to track key product success metrics, including cost optimization, feature adoption, risk posture, reliability, and regulatory adherence. Use data-driven insights to inform product decisions.
- Partner with Engineering and other stakeholders to deliver a seamless end-to-end user experience. Foster a culture of customer advocacy and continuous improvement across teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
- Experience driving strategy for long-term sustainability and execution within available resources.
- Strong customer advocacy and ability to translate user needs into actionable product features.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.
- Prior experience delivering AI infrastructure products for internal enterprise clients.
- Prior experience with GPU workloads.
- Prior experience with compute workload scheduling systems.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in financial services.
- Ability to build partnerships with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Pay
Competitive total rewards package including base salary determined based on the role, experience, skill set, and location. Eligible roles may receive commission-based pay and/or discretionary incentive compensation, paid in the form of cash and/or forfeitable equity, awarded in recognition of individual achievements and contributions.
