AI Identity & Endpoint Controls Lead

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy and roadmap for NHI and credential security across Windows and macOS
• Evaluate and implement enterprise platforms for secrets management and identity governance
• Design the complete credential lifecycle process for non-human identities in various automated settings
• Build and maintain the AI security control plane, focusing on policy and governance for automated identities
• Collaborate with developers to ensure secure credential practices are adopted by engineering teams
• Oversee the application of endpoint execution controls and manage compliance with established configurations

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in security engineering, identity engineering, or related domain with proven technical leadership
• Strong capability in managing complex projects with multiple teams, balancing delivery and risk management
• Proficient in navigating ambiguous priorities and making decisive actions to drive initiatives forward
• Experience leading teams and scaling development through various workforce models, including contingent workers
• Deep expertise in non-human identity systems and programmatic credential management in contemporary IT environments
• Hands-on experience in implementing key credential security measures such as secrets management and automated rotation
• Solid understanding of authentication and authorization protocols, with practical knowledge of least privilege access
