About the role

Lead the organization’s AI strategy and roadmap, design and deploy scalable AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform, and drive measurable business outcomes through Generative AI and enterprise integration.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the organization's AI strategy and roadmap, identifying opportunities to leverage AI (including Gemini AI) to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and Responsible AI principles.
• Partner with business stakeholders, customers, and cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into scalable AI use cases and measurable value.
• Build and mentor high-performing AI teams while overseeing AI governance, innovation initiatives, vendor relationships, and adoption of emerging AI technologies and best practices.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Generative AI platforms such as Google Gemini, including prompt engineering, multimodal AI, AI agents, and enterprise AI solution development.
• Hands-on experience with Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, LLMs, RAG architectures, and AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Vertex AI.
• Proven experience in designing, deploying, and governing scalable AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including MLOps, model monitoring, and AI lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of AI strategy, responsible AI, data architecture, security, and enterprise integration, with the ability to translate business objectives into AI-driven outcomes.

Pay

$180,000–$240,000 a year
