Responsibilities

  • Administer the architectural review process and help ensure reviews move forward efficiently
  • Support refinements to the review process, including updates that may be substantial
  • Cook up coordination with solution architects, technology risk, compliance, and domain leads to keep workstreams aligned
  • Help represent technology and asset management considerations so impacted areas are properly included in the process
  • Organize and support EARB risk reviews and board meetings
  • Maintain clear communication, follow-up, and documentation to keep stakeholders informed and engaged

Skills

  • 5-10 years of professional experience in project management, coordination, or a related technology-focused role
  • Working knowledge of architecture concepts and technology environments
  • Ability to connect business needs with technology impacts in a clear and practical way
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders across technical and business functions
  • Effective communication and facilitation skills
  • Ability to work onsite in Boston 3 days per week

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting architecture review or governance processes
  • Familiarity with asset management technology
  • Exposure to technology risk, compliance, security, or cloud engineering teams
  • Experience improving administrative workflows or process governance
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
