About the role
Together, we’re building a safer digital future for Asia. AI Safety Asia (AISA) is a global non-profit dedicated to building Asia as a globally-leading safe and responsible AI innovator. We strive to minimize the risks of AI adoption while supporting societies to adopt AI safely through three interconnected program pillars: Field Building, Research & Governance Studies, and Capacity Building.

- Field Building: We connect policymakers, researchers, and innovators to shape responsible AI governance. Through dialogue and shared understanding, we build trust and align innovation with human values.
- Capacity Building: We empower policy leaders, researchers, academics, civil society, and young professionals with the knowledge to influence responsible AI policy. Our programs inspire ethical leadership and practical action across Asia.
- Research & Governance Studies: We turn research into real-world impact. By analyzing trends and developing evidence-based insights, we help governments and institutions design AI policies that protect people and promote progress.
