About the role

This role supports AI/ML and Generative AI solutions in production environments, focusing on ensure AI systems are explainable, documented, monitored, compliant, and ready for audit.

Responsibilities

• Support AI/ML and Generative AI solutions in production environments
• Ensure AI systems are explainable, documented, monitored, compliant, and ready for audit
• Work with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub or Azure DevOps)
• Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, or Agentic AI
• Experience with AI governance, model monitoring, explainability, risk controls, or compliance

Requirements

• 5+ years of AI/ML, MLOps, Data Governance, or AI Engineering experience
• Python
• Azure AI, Azure ML, or Azure AI Foundry
• Microsoft Fabric and/or Purview
• Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, or Agentic AI
• Experience with AI governance, model monitoring, explainability, risk controls, or compliance
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub or Azure DevOps)

Nice to have

• SHAP or Explainable AI (XAI)
• Data lineage and metadata management
• Insurance, healthcare, or financial services experience
