AI Engineer

AI Engineer contributes to Willsfly’s enterprise-scale software and product systems initiatives, working across architecture, engineering, delivery, and operational quality to support durable enterprise outcomes.

About the Role

AI Engineer is part of Willsfly Technologies Inc’s global product engineering hiring system. This role supports enterprise software, platform systems, product maturity, and long-range operating continuity through structured technical contribution and accountable execution.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve enterprise AI systems across retrieval, prompt orchestration, and workflow integration.
• Support model integration into scalable product environments with strong API and system discipline.
• Collaborate with product and platform teams to improve quality, usefulness, and maintainability.
• Contribute to secure, observable, and production-aware AI engineering practices.
• Help shape intelligent features that remain practical in enterprise software environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI engineering, or intelligent workflow systems.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, data flow, and scalable service integration.
• Hands-on exposure to LLM integration, prompt engineering, or retrieval-based systems.
• Ability to work in structured enterprise engineering environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with RAG, vector workflows, or enterprise AI use cases.
• Exposure to model evaluation, observability, or productionization.
• Knowledge of cloud-hosted AI service delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or Software Engineering preferred.
• Azure AI Engineer certification or LLM / MLOps certification is a plus.
