AI for Legal Teaching Expert (Part-time, B2B)

Responsibilities

• Create practical AI learning content for legal and compliance professionals.
• Design and author hands-on workshops, case studies, and real-world learning exercises.
• Develop prompt libraries, templates, playbooks, and other reusable learning assets.
• Ensure legal accuracy, responsible AI practices, and up-to-date industry relevance across all content.
• Collaborate with Learning Experience Designers to continuously improve the learner experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as Legal Counsel, Corporate Lawyer, Compliance Officer, or in another in-house legal or compliance role.
• Hands-on experience applying generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot) to legal, compliance, or knowledge-work workflows.
• Strong understanding of legal document management, contract review, compliance processes, and responsible AI usage in confidential environments.
• Experience creating practical frameworks, playbooks, templates, or internal documentation that improve legal team efficiency.
• Professional fluency in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing training materials, courses, workshops, or enablement content.
• Familiarity with legal-tech platforms such as Ironclad AI, Ivo, or similar solutions.
• Experience collaborating with instructional design or learning teams.
• Availability to work within European time zones.

Pay

$40-$80 USD per hour for flexible part-time collaboration.
