About the Role

Latitude is seeking experienced attorneys and other legal professionals to work on a legal AI training program for a Latitude client. There is no client representation involved. Instead, experts evaluate and improve AI-generated responses to legal questions (legal research, contract analysis, statutory and case-law interpretation) and author expert-level, primary-source-grounded work product used to train AI models. The work is long-form and self-directed, with precise legal writing as the core skill.

Latitude is looking for attorneys with substantive experience, particularly in litigation or contracts-heavy practices, who can produce high-quality legal writing independently in a fully remote setting.

Requirements

  • Roughly 7+ years of substantive legal experience
  • Bachelor's degree required; law degree preferred
  • Bar admission valued but optional, practical expertise outweighs credentials
  • Strong written communication skills; comfortable working independently and fully remote

  • Genuine availability for 30–40 hours/week across the full 12-week engagement
