About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial operations within the organization, ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and providing strategic financial insights to support business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting processes and ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial statements.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting activities, aligning financial plans with business objectives.
• Provide financial analysis and advice to senior management to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of finance or accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with financial systems and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
