Summary: In this contingent resource assignment, you may:
- Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering.
- Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
- Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
Required Qualifications
- Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement agent orchestration patterns, including multi-agent coordination, task decomposition, workflow execution, and tool chaining
- Build end-to-end agentic solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio
- Develop declarative and custom agents
- Create orchestration layers for planning, execution, validation, and recovery
- Create tool and skill invocation pipelines
- Ground AI solutions in enterprise data using Microsoft Graph
- Develop reusable frameworks and standards within Copilot Studio to enable scalable agent development
- Design integrations across Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft 365, Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android
- Solve complex engineering challenges involving workflow execution, agent collaboration, latency optimization, cost efficiency, and reliability
- Establish AI engineering best practices, including prompt management, skill versioning, testing, evaluation strategies, and CI/CD processes
- Implement monitoring and observability for agent workflows, including execution tracing, performance metrics, success measurement, and failure analysis
- Apply responsible AI practices, including policy enforcement, security controls, data privacy, secure tool access, and explainability
- Participate in architecture reviews and technical design discussions for Copilot and agent-based solutions
- Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Engineering, and Platform teams to align solutions with enterprise standards and strategic roadmaps
Key Requirements
- Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S.

- Deep expertise with Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Experience building and deploying AI Agents in enterprise environments
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Graph, and Copilot technologies
- Experience integrating Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and OneDrive
- Azure AI Foundry experience preferred but not required
- Strong background in AI engineering, workflow automation, and agent orchestration
