AI Engineer (.NET + GenAI / Agentic AI)-W2 only

About the role

AI Engineer position based in San Antonio, TX requiring onsite presence 5 days per week. This role focuses on .NET development combined with Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies.

Required Skills

Software Engineering / .NET

• Strong experience with C#, .NET Core, and .NET 6+
• Enterprise application development experience
• APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
• Object-oriented programming, design patterns, and SDLC best practices

AI / Machine Learning

• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs)
• AI-driven application development
• Machine learning model development, testing, and deployment
• Familiarity with deep learning frameworks

Generative AI & Agentic AI

• RAG architectures
• Agent-based systems and workflows
• Prompt engineering
• Embeddings
• AI orchestration patterns

Cloud & MLOps

• Azure and/or AWS
• CI/CD and DevOps practices
• MLOps lifecycle management and monitoring
• Cloud-native AI deployment experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Financial services experience
• Enterprise AI integration experience
• Production GenAI or Agentic AI experience
• Copilot Studio, Appian AI, or similar AI platforms
• Experience building AI solutions within highly regulated enterprise environments
• Strong stakeholder-facing communication skills
