Why Join Us • Build real, production AI agents used by real users• High ownership and impact• Work at the intersection of AI, agents, and product• Shape how people experience AI-driven job search Responsibilities • Build and evaluate LLM- and machine-learning-powered product features• Develop data pipelines and integrations for AI systems• Experiment with prompting, retrieval, ranking, embeddings, and model evaluation• Improve the quality, latency, reliability, and cost of AI-powered experiences• Create evaluation datasets and investigate model behavior• Document experiments and communicate technical findings in a distributed environmentQualification Required • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field• Strong Python programming skills• Understanding of machine learning, NLP, or information retrieval fundamentals• Familiarity with APIs, data processing, and software development practices• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote environment Preferred • Experience with LLM applications, RAG, embeddings, or model evaluation• Familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or cloud AI services• Experience building end-to-end AI prototypes• Knowledge of recommendation systems, search, or ranking• Previous AI research, internship, or substantial personal project experience
