What You’ll Work On

• Work closely with the founding team to prototype, build, and improve AI-powered product features.
• Projects may include:
• Building AI agents and workflows for technician and sales use cases
• Developing retrieval-augmented generation systems using company and customer knowledge bases
• Improving prompt quality, model evaluation, and response reliability
• Integrating LLMs with CRM, call, dispatch, or field service systems
• Creating internal tools to speed up data processing, product testing, and customer onboarding
• Evaluating model outputs and helping design better feedback loops

What We’re Looking For

• Are pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Have experience coding in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript
• Built projects using LLMs, APIs, embeddings, vector databases, or AI agents
• Are comfortable learning quickly and working with incomplete information
• Care about building practical tools for real users, not just demos
• Can communicate clearly and work independently

Nice to Have Not required, but helpful:

• Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar tools
• Experience with RAG, evaluations, prompt engineering, or agentic workflows
• Familiarity with React, Node.js, FastAPI, Postgres, or Supabase
• Familiarity with field service, construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or other trades
• Prior startup, hackathon, or shipping experience

Qualifications

• Strong programming fundamentals
• Demonstrated interest in AI, LLMs, or applied machine learning
• Ability to build and ship projects independently
• Curiosity, ownership, and attention to detail
