AI Engineer – Full-Stack (Forward Deployed)

About the Opportunity:The AI ENGINEER – FULL-STACK (FORWARD DEPLOYED) will embed directly with business teams to design, build, and deliver AI-powered solutions end to end. This role requires ownership from initial problem definition through to production deployment, working closely with users to meet fixed deadlines. By leveraging AI tools and methodologies, the engineer accelerates development without compromising quality, driving impactful and timely outcomes for the organization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand workflows, challenges, and process costs.
• Conduct AI-assisted research to benchmark industry standards and best practices.
• Define clear problem scopes, success metrics, and timelines.
• Rapidly build and demonstrate proof-of-concepts for user feedback.
• Develop full-stack AI-accelerated applications, workflows, and integrations.
• Utilize AI-driven development workflows for specification, coding, testing, and documentation.
• Create reusable components to improve future development efficiency.
• Prepare security, privacy, and legal documentation and manage change control processes.
• Deploy solutions to enterprise cloud environments with appropriate security and monitoring.
• Train users, deliver support materials, and obtain business sign-off.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, tracking progress and risks closely.

Requirements

• Expert daily use of AI coding tools and techniques including prompt engineering and multi-agent orchestration.
• Proficiency in full-stack development: React/TypeScript, Python or Node.js, REST/GraphQL APIs, and database management.
• Experience with enterprise integrations, workflow automation, and cloud deployment (preferably Azure).
• Knowledge of secure coding practices, authentication/authorization mechanisms, and production monitoring.
• Proven ability to meet fixed deadlines across multiple projects with strong scoping and communication skills.
• Minimum 3 years of experience delivering full-stack applications to production.
• Demonstrated portfolio of AI-built solutions including at least one LLM-powered application in production.
