AI Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join our team on a contract basis. This role requires a strong background in machine learning and AI, with hands-on Python programming expertise.

Responsibilities

• Leverage GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and Amazon Q Developer to build coding prompts and contexts, converting business stories into quality working code and generating pull requests.
• Develop and implement generative AI solutions, working with various LLMs and chatbots.
• Utilize AWS cloud services, including EKS, ECS, S3, Lambda, Kafka event streaming, Amazon Bedrock/Claude/OpenAI, Redis Cache, and NoSQL/SQL databases.
• Apply expertise in prompt engineering, context engineering, token management, RAG and vectorization, and cache management.
• Design and develop multi-agent systems and autonomous agentic workflows.
• Conduct A/B testing of AI features, including validation of agentic real-time decisioning.
• Implement RAG solutions, including vector databases.

Requirements

• 3-6+ years of experience in ML/AI with 4-5 years of hands-on Python programming.
• More than 1 year of hands-on generative AI experience, including working with different LLMs and chatbots.
• 4+ years of AWS cloud experience, including EKS, ECS, S3, Lambda, Kafka event streaming, and Amazon Bedrock/Claude/OpenAI.
• Experience with Redis Cache, NoSQL/SQL database development.
• Solid knowledge of long-term vs. short-term memory, token management, and cache management.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on development of building MCPs and autonomous agentic workflows.
• Experience with agentic AI development, including multi-agent systems for autonomous workflows.
• Background in auto lending/auto-finance.
• Hands-on RAG implementation, including vector databases.
