AI Engineer

Role Overview A senior hands-on AI expert responsible for designing, building, and scaling enterprise AI solutions across machine learning, generative AI, and AI agents. Key Responsibilities Develop and deploy scalable, resilient AI systems using advanced technologies such as LLMs, distributed architectures, and agentic systems.Lead architecture decisions, create reusable AI services, frameworks, and reference models, and guide implementation teams through all phases of AI solution deployment.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective AI solutions and influence technical standards and governance frameworks.Mentor junior engineers, promote AI modernization of legacy systems, and establish best practices for AI development, monitoring, and responsible AI principles. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields with 15+ years of experience in software engineering, distributed systems, and large-scale architectures.Proficiency in Python, Java, APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, and cloud/DevOps practices.Expertise in machine learning, GenAI, AI agents, MLOps, and AI deployment at scale (preferred).Strong business acumen, leadership ability through expertise, and collaboration without formal authority. The role emphasizes technical leadership, enterprise architecture, and a hands-on approach to advancing AI capabilities within complex organizational environments.
