AI Engineer

Role Overview

A senior hands-on AI expert responsible for designing, building, and scaling enterprise AI solutions across machine learning, generative AI, and AI agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy scalable, resilient AI systems using advanced technologies such as LLMs, distributed architectures, and agentic systems.
• Lead architecture decisions, create reusable AI services, frameworks, and reference models, and guide implementation teams through all phases of AI solution deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective AI solutions and influence technical standards and governance frameworks.
• Mentor junior engineers, promote AI modernization of legacy systems, and establish best practices for AI development, monitoring, and responsible AI principles.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields with 15+ years of experience in software engineering, distributed systems, and large-scale architectures.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, and cloud/DevOps practices.
• Expertise in machine learning, GenAI, AI agents, MLOps, and AI deployment at scale (preferred).
• Strong business acumen, leadership ability through expertise, and collaboration without formal authority.
