AI Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer with expertise in Generative AI to design, build, and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions that solve complex business challenges. You will work alongside talented engineers, data scientists, and product teams to develop scalable AI applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), machine learning, and cloud technologies.

What You'll Do

• Analyze user stories and business requirements to deliver production-ready AI solutions.
• Design and develop scalable, high-quality, and optimized software applications.
• Build, fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy Large Language Models (LLMs) for business use cases.
• Develop Generative AI applications for text generation, code generation, document intelligence, automation, and other AI-driven solutions.
• Create reusable frameworks, automation scripts, and technical assets to improve engineering productivity.
• Debug and resolve complex technical issues across applications and databases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Science, Engineering, and Product Management.
• Support Proof of Concepts (POCs) and evaluate emerging AI technologies.
• Ensure reliable, secure, and production-ready deployments.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, technical documentation, and engineering best practices.
• Promote responsible AI development with a focus on fairness, explainability, and bias mitigation.

Required Qualifications

• Experience developing and deploying Generative AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and model fine-tuning.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
• Experience managing the complete AI development lifecycle, including data preparation, model training, evaluation, optimization, and deployment.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative engineering environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or OpenShift.
• Experience with open-source AI technologies and frameworks.
• Active contributions to open-source projects or technology communities.
• Industry certifications related to AI, Machine Learning, or Cloud technologies.
• Strong coding background with achievements on platforms such as HackerRank, CodeChef, or similar.
• Experience building scalable, enterprise-grade AI applications.

Education

Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
