Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Statistics, Education, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in assessment development or research
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Experience with psychometric principles and test construction
- Knowledge of educational measurement standards and guidelines
- Understanding of data collection and management techniques
Skills
- Proficiency in SPSS, R, or Python
- Experience with survey design and administration
- Strong organizational and time management skills
