• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Experience with psychometric principles and test construction
• Knowledge of educational measurement standards and guidelines
• Understanding of data collection and management techniques

Skills

• Proficiency in SPSS, R, or Python
• Experience with survey design and administration
• Strong organizational and time management skills
